ROSANNE WILD

Role: Rosanne is the Centre for Character Leadership’s Assessment Administrator

Background: Rosanne coordinates client surveys and assessments, provides data analytics support, and writes a wide range of materials pertaining to character leadership and culture. She has more than 25+ years’ experience as an Associate Consultant with specific expertise in the areas of leadership assessment and development, and survey design. Whether administering a 360-feedback process for a leadership team, co-facilitating a workshop, or coordinating an employee survey, Rosanne draws on her strong business acumen, good judgement, and emotional intelligence to ensure both organizational and individual expectations are met.

KAREN ADDISON

Role: Karen coordinates our resource materials and oversees our website and digital media

Background: Karen is the recently-retired Executive Director of the Character Community Foundation of York Region. During her eight year term Karen applied her strong interpersonal and organizational skills to overseeing their annual signature events which include the Character Community Awards, Celebration of Character Luncheon and Character Community Week.

Currently she is working on specialty projects through her company LiveBrave Consulting. Her approach involves helping to identify the client’s end goal and then planning the critical path to work effectively towards achieving that goal.

Working with the client’s team on the management of projects she focuses on the details that sometimes get overlooked in the execution of the project.
