Patrick McCann is a learning professional with extensive experience working for and with organizations like PepsiCo, Yum! Brands, Wendy’s International, Rexall Pharmacy Group, Holt Renfrew, Toronto Star and Andrew Peller Wines.
Patrick is focused on the development of organizational leaders. His areas of expertise are change leadership, goal setting, performance management and team building. He works with organizations committed to leadership development and elevating the capabilities of their leaders.
Patrick has been an associate with the Center for Character Leadership for 3 years. He has been a colleague of Kathleen’s for over 25 years.

CRYSTAL-LEE OLSON, MA, ACCCrystal-Lee is an award-winning sales and business development professional with experience in a variety of industries building small businesses, not for profit, and corporate organizations. Crystal-Lee has a Master’s in Leadership, is a certified coach, and DiSC Facilitator.
Her passion is training, coaching and supporting service-based sales teams to increase their resiliency and refine their sales culture. MICHELLE WINKLAAR
MICHELLE WINKLAARMichelle Winklaar is a Certified Leadership Coach with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience working for various Canadian and international organizations. She is also a former two-term Cabinet Minister for the Government of Aruba, responsible for Economic Affairs and Education.
Michelle’s particular focus is coaching female professionals navigating the twists and turns of their leadership paths as well as and working with groups to transform them into high-performing teams. Michelle helps to co-create actionable steps toward goal achievement.
