About Us:
Our goal is to work towards transforming your workplace to be a respected, engaged, high trust culture of character through coaching, training and assessments.
Kathleen started the business in 1993 (Redmond & Associates) and over the last few years, to clearly explain our approach, the company name has become the Centre for Character Leadership.
Our clients are at the heart of our work and are consulted at every step to ensure transparency, true collaboration and appropriate support.
Our associates have a solid track record for excellent, client-focused work.
Our support through assessments, coaching, training and resources are tools for leaders in creating a highly-effective, character-based (people doing the right things in the right way) team.
Our work includes working with leaders focused on their own team or the entire organization.
Kathleen Redmond serves leaders. in Canada and internationally in the following three ways.
1: The challenge – Being a confidential, objective, supportive, honest advocate and “co-problem solver.” In the role of Executive Coach Kathleen holds one-on-one conversations with leaders to support them in achieving their goals, particularly in the area of clear, powerful, “ask vs. tell” communication.
2: The challenge – leaders creating respectful, engaging, effective, highly accountable workplaces. She serves as facilitator of courses which focus on the “leader as coach.” The courses include creating clear expectations, offering and receiving feedback, holding people accountable, the COACH Approach©, dealing with conflict and developing your team.
3: The challenge – bridging research into practical tools. As an author her research and tools focus on the power of good character. Good organizational character which mandates civil, effective behaviour and the individual character of every one on the team.
